How to order
Ordering artworks from JOLRONG.COM online is very easy. If you wish to purchase a painting, simply click on the `ADD TO CART' button near the painting and follow the links to fill order forms with required shipping and billing information. You will immediately receive e-mail notification(s) of your purchase.
Which forms of payment are accepted
Our financial transaction is processed by PayPal , USA through the business account of JOLRONG PTE LTD with PayPal. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Depending on your processor, Payflow Pro also supports level 2 and level 3 Purchasing Cards (P-Cards). Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.
PayPal can accept following foreign-issued credit cards:
- Visa - Visa, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.
- MasterCard - MasterCard, Eurocard (Europay).
- American Express - Supported in all currencies except Japanese Yen.
PayPal can accept credit card payments from customers who don't have a PayPal account or prefer not to make online payments.
PayPal's Virtual Terminal provides the same functionality as a standalone credit card processing terminal. This enables your business to accept phone, fax, mail, and in-person orders using all major credit cards.
Packing
All our framed artworks are very carefully shipped in strong specially prepared cardboard box. Paintings are thoroughly packed with special water-proof polyethylene to avoid any possible damages while transportation.
Unframed canvas is sent rolled and safely packed in a secure and sturdy tube. Print can be packed in a cardboard envelope, or rolled.

JOLRONG.COM can deliver your order to any postal address in the World. For delivery we put following delivery companies at your disposal:
Express Mail Service (EMS)
"EMS" is one of the leaders of the express mail of the country as well as the constituent part of the world EMS network and member of the Universal Postal Union. EMS is operated by Bangladesh Postal Service.
DHL Worldwide Express
DHL Express is the perfect partner for all your worldwide express and parcel needs. DHL Network covers over 4,000 offices and more than 120,000 destinations worldwide.
Artworks
Each original painting you buy comes with a certificate of authenticity. We have done everything in our means to create an online gallery that is representative of the original works. However, some images are very difficult to recreate exactly as they are painted. As a rule of thumb, expect the painting order to look a little different in color.
Frames
JOLRONG.COM offers hand crafted frames with the artworks. We give our full attention to make the frames in exact dimensions; however, the dimensions given for the frames in the website may vary 10% in size.
Time of delivery
We take two weeks time to ship your purchased item.
Put simply, here's the basic equation you can use to determine your delivery date:
(Two weeks) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
Shipping Time - depends on the organization of post service ( EMS or DHL) you chose and the distance at which the delivery is sent.
Shipping Time of package if sent by courier mail: EMS or DHL
Shipping Time of package by courier mail is from 5 to 7 workdays. Your package will be delivered by courier directly to your home.
Notes on Shipping Time
- Workdays do not include weekly holidays, days of state and religious holidays. These delivery terms can be extended in special cases, for example for orders made in time of holidays when post offices and customs are busy.
- For purchase of Original Paintings, shipments may be delayed by the Bangladesh Customs for checking authenticity. Time needed for such delay is usually between 5 and 7 work days.
Delivery costs
A sum of packaging, handling and delivery service is shown in your shopping cart, beside every article and can always be seen before buying. Delivery costs depend on delivery destination and package weight and are calculated according to the price-list of the delivery service of your choice.
Insurance
JOLRONG.COM enables you to insure your package from loss or damage in domestic and international transport in case you choose DHL. Insurance price is shown in your shopping basket and you can always see it before buying. Declared value of the purchase has to be more than US$ 100.00 (USD one hundred) to be eligible for having it insured.
We suggest you to use the option to insure by checking a box near "Use insurance".
What if a package is not insured?
JOLRONG.COM does not bear any responsibility and does not recognize reimbursement in cases of loss, damage or decreasing of package content after delivery.
What if a package is insured?
JOLRONG.COM guarantees to reimburse damage in case of loss of insured package in the invoiced amount. In a case of damage or decreasing of content of an insured package a reimbursement will be made in a determined or estimated amount of damage or decrease, but not in an amount greater than the amount that would be paid in a case of loss of package.
JOLRONG.COM does not bear any responsibility and does not recognize damage or loss reimbursement caused by unforeseeable events beyond human possibilities (accidents, natural disasters, etc.).
Following the delivery
A system for electronic monitoring of deliveries enables a user of delivery services to know in every moment where the package is - its status (delivered, returned, rerouted). User can find information on package status by searching following Web pages: EMS : www.bangladeshpost.gov.bd/track.asp
DHL Worldwide Express: www.dhl.com
You only need to enter package reception number (identification number) on a corresponding webpage to find information considering your package (date, time and place of reception, position of your package, and its state (delivered, returned, delivery in progress, etc.). You can find identification number in the e-mail sent to you by JOLRONG.COM right after the distribution.
Failure of Delivery and Money Back Guarantee
In case, artist fails to supply the original artwork that has been booked by the purchaser, JOLRONG.COM will impose penalty to the artist as per the agreement with the artist. In such case, the purchaser will receive full money back within two weeks of order. The purchaser may choose to order another artwork of similar price replacing the previous order.
ustom information
You can be a subject liable for paying custom duties and taxes that may arise when the package arrives in your country. Additional expenses that may originate from custom duties in your country must be paid by you. We do not have control of these eventual expenses and can not estimate the amount. Custom duties vary from country to country and you should contact local custom authorities for further information. Just to remind you, when you order from JOLRONG.COM you become the importer and must act in accordance with laws and regulations of the country you are receiving shipment in. If a package is marked as "Gift" value of a package is not freed from custom duties.
